It makes a big difference if you can pull straight from outside you can tell the difference in full buds
Right, but I live in a neighborhood, any thing like that I feel wld be noticed, stealth is a priority for me
I do, however, open the windows in my grow area for short periods of time throughout the day during the spring and fall, but that’s about the best I can do lol
Gotcha i have same problem i have 6inch ductwork hide under my deck no sound

Yea i think that the air is one of the most important i use the filter on discharge air
I too am trying to keep a stealthy grow, just have a small fan on the inside circulating air and a 4in duct fan hooked up pulling in air through a carbon scrubber and sending the air out of the tent. (so it kinda just sucks the tent in as it pulls in air from outside) First grow so unsure if this will be enough to stop the smell when my plants finish, thoughts?
Those flaps on the bottom of ur tent, open them, it allows air to flow in when ur duct fan is in use, n yea bro looks like u got everything set up straight

U said this was ur first grow, it kinda looks like u did the same thing I did lol, I too got the huge 4x4x7 tent, then realized after its first use that I got WAY to much, haven’t ever run out of bud n I switched to a 2x4 and a 2x2 a long time ago and I alternate between them, I use whichever suits my current grow desires, but my point is I think ull be surprised what u can do with less lol
Yeahhhhh, I definitely kinda overdid it first time also 
. Actually started with a smaller tent, figured not all my seeds would start or some would be weak. I also might have smoked before deciding how many to start. Got a larger tent and second light, and now have been trying to manage a bit much…lesson learned lol

I opened just one flap at the bottom. You want to create negative pressure in the tent so the exhaust fan is pulling the air and smell out and through your carbon filter.

I went with fox farm nutrients, using ocean forest soil also. Adding molasses and cal mag sometimes. Also just ordered some beastie bloomz to try and help my first grow finish. And yeah I worked at a few different sonics and snagged a line of cups at one of them haha.

@CoolBubs that soil and nute mix produced for me. I had 6 autos in a 4×3 and ran outta room at full growth.

Nice, I got the ffof to try, and i use the advanced 3 part nutes, I cldnt imagine ever changing nutes

@Rye yeah I have 5 autoflowers right now that are in flower/getting closish, then a number of starts staggered a bit and the autoflowers take up most of the space in the 4 x 4 tent. I’ve heard good things about that advanced 3 part nutrients and was thinking of trying once I run out of the fox farms.
