Back in the day, I used bug spray on an automated sprayer. I never had a pest problem with this method. I have lost crops in the past due to bud rot but never bugs… obviously not the healthiest choice. I purchased the Homegrown Canna Co plant protectants to check them out. I have a feeling it is neem oil with some N added to it… but I wont know until it arrives.
I also have neem oil, dichotomous earth and sticky traps on hand.
Any other organic (or not bug spray) suggestions?
well if you are growing outdoors it is never a bad idea to introduce beneficial bugs into the mix like praying mantis, or ladybugs. There are natural ways to control bug infestations as well.
