Sorry, I was getting an error message for a while and was unable to get to this site to keep up with this year’s grow. Well I’m back so watch out. Here it comes.
Here is a pic of my tent: Darkbud MD left, Nuketown center, and Gelato MD right.

Gelato MD which has just been a pleasure to grow.
A Darkbud MD bud. You can see some of her mother’s colors starting to appear.
We are at 37 days of flower. It looks like the DMD will finish first, then GMD, and Nuketown will take the longest to finish. It is UV Wednesday, 25 min a side so 50 total. All of these plants are handling the heat well so far.
42 days into flower, 6 weeks. Two or three to go before I take the prime buds on the Darkbud MD, 3-3 1/2 for the Gelato MD, and who knows for the Nuketown by Irie Genetics. She is just taking her time.
On a side note, I hope the Gelato people don’t mind me using their name. and Homegrown doesn’t mind me breeding with their genetics. This project is just for my and mine use.

The Darkbud MD (just my name for it Don’t try to look it up) is starting to show color just like mom did last year.

You can’t tell from the pics, but the Darkbud MD has a red tint to the underside of all the leaves, even the leaves that are all green. This bodes well for the medicinal value of the cultivar.

Above are the two main bud harvests; on the right is the Darkbud MD taken a week ago, and the left are the Gelato MD buds taken this morning. I will let the remainder ripen for another week or three until they have a goodly amount of amber triches.
The Nuketown is way behind the other plants. She is just now, at 9 weeks of flower, starting to show a little color on the pistols. I am thinking 11 wks and I will harvest the plant all at once. Utilizing the split harvest has worked out well for me in the past.
