So run full spectrum(both switches)on auto flowers from beginning to end?
I do, after they have reached 3rd / 4th node ad they can take 100% strength of light. During seedling stage, both can run but I start at 30% and increase gradually as they mature

You have a 2 cycle light probably a viperspectra, the first switch is for veg, the light is blue not full spec this is ideal for growing autos bc full spec has red and ir in it, it won’t hurt your plants but they will go into flower earlier affecting yield, autos luv blue light, if growing photoperiod plants you put both switches on this is full spec don’t use bc I grow autos, with first switch off and 2nd switch on this is full bloom don’t use bc I have a cob bloom booster, the viperspectra 600w reflector series is a darn good light for autos in veg, never used it for anything else.
