Since the AC Infinity control plug socket decided not to work again… The lights were on 3.5 hours later, luckily I noticed. I changed the time to get 12 hours of dark.
Will the plants be ok and not hermaphrodite?
Should I change the time back and have less hours of light the next day?
AC Infinity does have some nice stuff for the price but there still working on things. The Wi-Fi controller is not not having issues but now is see that any other lights your taking a risk using the controller with a control plug socket. I have read also that air conditioners are having issues also. Seems high wattage even though it says 1800w. I use a Growers Choice 720. I figured give some info for those interested or already bought some of there gear.
I would bet it’s a controller programing issue. I have an ac infinity controller 69 running lights, exhaust, 3 circulation fans and a humidifier. I programmed in some conflicts that had some screwy things going on with the light cycle in the beginning but once I got it figured out it all runs flawlessly. Contact AC Infinity if you keep having problems they have the best customer service I have ever seen.
I wouldn’t change the light schedule to compensate.
Thank you. Its not the controller. The little box (control plug socket) was the issue. It worked after I unplugged it. The other one was fine. I am quite sure that they have a difficult time with higher wattage. I did research and I was not the only one. I had the same issue when my light died. It killed two of them. I read that someone had issues with ac. I’m waiting for them to call me back. I have contacted them before it is true the customer service is great.
The controllers did have some issues when wifi goes out. Has gotten stuck. I talked to them the day they fixed the issue. No issue with controller since. Wifi went out and stayed the same. I plugged my light into a timer. Will stay that way. Last harvest almost had a lot seeds. Could happen this time. I’m checking for bananas and have done well as long as i check ever two days well and for a few weeks.
I kept the sched the same. Seemed to make sense to me also.
