How to store seeds in fridge

I ordered some seeds and I hoe to get them soon. I read the guide on seed storage but I still have some questions. I plan to put all the seeds I am not germinating in a Masonite jar in the fridge. What kind of temp is best? Should I still seal the long term in a vacuum sealed bag. I will not be opening this second fridge often but still could be twice a day. Should I insulate the jar or just keep it in the back with some 20 oz water bottles around it to keep a good temp?

they have to have a desiccant to prevent moisture buildup, darkness (blackout the jar - glass, not plastic)…I store seeds for over a year and I use Azomite dust, an organic root stimulant to absorb moisture. My fridge sits at 37° to 41°F
