My plant was started from seed on Feb 14. So its been 14 weeks and it looks like no buds at all.
What is your light cycle?
what zone are you in? The amount of daylight will determine flower time. If you have a mobile plant, move her to TOTAL darkness (or cover her with a large enough box to block all light) for 12 hours and she will begin to flower. If you want, you can continue to veg her for a larger / more productive plant. If she is totally an outdoor plant, she will mature sep/oct or earlier depending on your zone. I assume (big word here) you are in a sunlit area that is keeping her in veg. Darkness will change the hormones that kick off flowering. Cooling down will also help terpine development for a better tasting / effective harves
