I cannot believe it took me this long to find your thread. I’m envious of your german chamomile, can’t find seeds from folk I trust.

@kmac03 I use burpee seeds for my companion plants. They’re cheap and you can find them at almost any hardware or garden store here.

They also have a website you can order from if you aren’t finding the seeds you want. I use their organic seed line you can view here https://www.burpee.com/organics/

Whenever you want to take an adventure, check this place out. Most herbalists/naturopaths/organic growers that I know use this place. I spent way too much money there this year and haven’t had the heart to tell them my entire project is gone. I will wait until I get it up and running again.

@kmac03 bookmarked and I’ll check them out to see if I can find some hardy companions for my winter grow.

They have chamomile seeds in. I would have never known had we not had this conversation. Get some sweet violets, too. They are awesome for us humans and furbabies. A lot of bugs don’t like the saponins (just like cilantro) and now I’m geeking out. My apologies.

@kmac03 I’ll look into them. I’ll have limited space this winter grow since I’m taking on a lot in my tent with breeding projects and a few other things so I have to choose my companions wisely until I finish building my larger grow space.

Oh thanks so much @kmac03, book marked as well! I too am looking into growing companion plants now along side my indoor cannabis to make a more healthier “natural” system. Love that site! Thanks for the info everyone. Peace! :love_you_gesture:

A small token for the help I received since joining. I appreciated our conversation today, too. Thank you! :v:

48 hours of darkness later and they’re pulled just before first light. Too tired to trim and it’s too dark so I’ll do a quick trim later in low light. Can’t wait to see how they turned out. Didn’t yield as much as I was hoping but I’ll still probably have close to 10 oz dry.

That looks like a pretty good harvest there. Now get to work and get those white widows in the dirt or whatever Medium you’re using! Just kidding you can take your time if you’d like.

@dmtscravey I plan to get them in the dirt soon. I have all of my soil amendments here and ready. I am going to mix the new soil this afternoon and let it cook for a bit as my harvest dries. Will probably get cheeky germinate the 23rd and get them in the tent on Christmas. :joy:

I’ll be doing the white widow for sure and some orange skunk. Will also be doing a Wedding Cake for my lady and one or two of the Gold leaf. I’ll start an auto run early too so when I get my photos in veg the autos will be finishing right as I flip the photos to flower.

@MDBuds Nice harvest! Of the strains you grew, which one do you feel liked the your grow process (lights, grow medium, nutes, fim) the most? Also, did you try to do anything different between the strains or was everything done the same all the way through the grow?

@sc13oldie oh I experimented with all of them. Lst, bonsai LST, alfresco, etc… it appears alfresco with some light lst is the best way to handle these strains so I’ll be sticking with that from now on. I started with a low power light that wasn’t enough for 6 autos, but threw in a new light at the end that caused them to grow more calyxes while almost ripe. I think that extra IR penetration woke up some baby calyxes inside the buds or something. LOL

So my text grow I’ll get these guys to be monsters.
