What do you recommend for not so new herb/flower farmers who are being newly indoctrinated to autos/cannabis? Two are recovering from COVID wonderfully, but the depression/stress factor is part of the after-effects. No special lights yet, they are asking me to choose for them and I’ve just purposely started my first auto bean. Help?

I would say a resilient feminized photo. Or any hcc autos with landrace parents. White Widows would be a good pick or og kush
