Yeeyee… Hell I can’t imagine how Mike feels when he makes a new strain that’s magical. I started so many seeds thinking I’d kill em all and if I got 1 I’d be happy… Then all of them thrived and damit boy have they. Im almost overwhelmed by it. I owe every bit of the credit to Kyle’s videos and all you guys’ advice. Wish we could all get together for a “bonfire” sometime. Maybe I’ll ride up the East coast this summer :grinning: Too hot out west.

I watched it and honestly I’m scared to try it. Maybe when I do a photo run I will play with them.

@CurrDogg420 @DollarBill Ok so I have ran into a serious problem or I hope it’s not too bad. I was making an adjustment to the tent adding another fan to help with the heat, placed the plants outside the tent so I dint hurt them. While I’m doing my thing I hear a chewing sound only to turn around and find my damn dog eating my girls. Is it a loss, is it repairable. I’m so pissed right now.

So now we’ve gone from plant training to dog training… I’m afraid I have a lot to learn myself in that department. :joy: My dogs are so spoiled.

I’m looking at the pictures though. If you don’t have any damage to the stems, I think you’re actually in pretty good shape. Your dog might have a talent. Sorry I’m high. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Seriously though, some folks might remove those particular fan leaves that got munched, for training: to develop those hidden nodes. Prune them off (the damaged fan leaves). The plant will try to replace them by growing out those nodes, which is like exactly what you want to happen anyway.

Ok so I will take off the damaged leaves and hope for the best. It kinda looked liked she did an ok job lol

Ok so i went ahead and cut away the damaged fan leaves from both plants and I brought the top down to even out the canopy. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

You’re still in the veg stage, so you can run em warm and wet, like 80F and 60%. And you could ramp up to 700 umol at this stage.

Hey gm, I looked at the plants this morning before leaving for work and they looked somewhat happy, they weren’t sad looking or droopy. Keeping fingers crossed. Can’t believe my dogs got to my plants.

@Mackerel i know it’s tough to watch but the shocking things bush a plant up preparing for future hard times. a plant will rush to double mass in vegegation seemingly expecting more of what we call shock, though in nature it’s just part of plant life adversity. Lose Some Veg. gain back next to double. They look awesome and like you, i cant wait to see some flowers. Watch that one that got dog bitten, it will make a big jump soon. Twinkle is real fast at Trimming Plants :v::laughing:

so is our cat Toones’The Cat they love Weed

I appreciate your reassurance. When I look at it I kinda laugh and say she didnt do too bad of a job, plus I was scared to trim it

I would have to move the light very close to the plants to achieve that number. Right now at about 18" I’m getting around 350umol or so. Maybe my light is not as strong as I thought. I might have to upgrade 1 step up next time depending on how this grow goes.
