First grow question

Continuing the discussion from First grow. How am I doing?:

So autos are coming up on 8 weeks tomorrow I have one with crazy Trichomes one withe good bud production but lacking on tri’s. Another that is only actually a week into flower. Does this seem normal for plants to grow this differently from the same batch of seeds. Anything anyone else would be doing in this stage of flower also.

I’ve had some variations in different strains…the lemon haze auto I grew was a one the had various phenos in it. Out of 6, 2 finished in 9 weeks, 2 in 11 weeks and 2 in 13 weeks. One of the 13wk ones took FOREVER to finally take off and build big buds.
