I’ve been researching to see what these spots are but so many articles I find seem similar or not it at all. Anyone know what this is and how to correct it?

I second that, did you get wet leaves while the lights were on?
It looks like you are reveging, is it a monster crop scenario after buding? I would just pinch that leaf out, and the one directly below it pushing against the soil line. Both those leaves got to go in my opinion.
Your new growth looks clean and beautiful.

@Diza can you post photos of the bottom of the leaf as well to confirm its just water spots and not some type of fungus?
