I am getting yellowing leaves as I’m transitioning to bloom.
The yellow is not just on the bottom, I have some at mid plant also, do I have a nute problem going on? The rest of the plant looks great.
Hi @NMHiker …use this URL to help you decide
There are many variables involved here that can cause yellow leaves…some are normal.
Thank you so much. Just what I needed.
I am in your not quite extreme condition of yellow leaves. But worried a tad. I have 3 planted in the ground. Strains are RS11, Permanent Marker, and Kush Mintz. Right to left in pictures. The first 2 are sativa. Now girl on the far right is indica. Nice dark and green. What happened? BTW this is. Yfirst time growing
Yellowing leaves during the transition to bloom are pretty common, especially on older fan leaves as the plant starts to redirect energy toward forming buds. As long as the newer growth stays green and healthy and the yellowing isn’t spreading rapidly, it usually isn’t a major problem. Double check your pH and feeding schedule – sometimes a little extra nitrogen in early flower can help. With experience you’ll get a feel for what’s normal. Good luck with your first grow!
