Cannabis-infused food is one of the most popular means of consuming cannabis for many good reasons. On the surface, these are delicious treats that can be brought and eaten anytime, anywhere - and discreetly too. More importantly, unlike smoking and vaping, it does not induce coughing fits nor introduce harmful substances to the body.

Good to know 1 teaspoon in a share-sized batch is about right. For my own 1-2 serving edibles that taste like AVB anyway, I scoop up just a couple ml of liquid lecithin at the tip of a knife or spoon and whisk in with a milk frother.

And if it’s not already in the ingredients, I dab a tiny bit onto purchased edibles. Given what they cost, why not? Seems to be the trick that’s finally made gummies work.
