Can I bring a outdoor photo plant back indoors to the grow tent to avoid hurricane damage ?

Yes.
Many people bring their plants indoor to avoid rain, cold weather, ect.

Thank you. I just didn’t know if a plant was put outside right after germ if I would kill them by putting them in artificial light. FYI they are still in veg
Just make sure your hours of light are commensurate or you risk premature flowering.
