Which pots are better

Kris…be careful with the gardening wire, it can cut the stems…
Cloth bags:
I prefer Vivosun…long lasting, good quality and I never had a handle break
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01I1D9N9Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
for auto - I go with 1, 2, 3 gal
for photo I go with 5 gal for tent, 7 gal or > for outdoors
Black - roots go right up to the material, it absorbs heat
Tan - roots circle back and leave a little space between fabric and root. Reflect heat so they stay cooler. Good root ball
I use PIPE CLEANERS…I steal them from my son…
I also use stakes / staples for most of my training

Sometimes I buy the LONGER (12" staples) too

Hey Mike, thanks for the feedback. I just put in my order for the Vivosun. I’ve been using 7 gallon buckets in the tent, but never felt comfortable watering them the way that is recommended. I’ve been watering 2 cups every other day and that seems to be working.

Pipe cleaners?! LOL…you wouldn’t believe how old I was when I finally learned pipe cleaners were for cleaning pipes. I thought they were just cool fuzzy things you could make things out of

I use 3gal fabric pots. But I grow autos. You can punch holes in them I use my trimming shears. Then usually I lst with pipe cleaners. When you use scissors punch hole with blade sideways to tge height of pot. That way you won’t split it vertically. You can re-use them as it is fabric the holes will usually close.

AH! so that is what they are for. I also thought they were just to twist and make fun things with.
