Do you know your soil and water ph? How close are your lights to the plants? What is a average daytime temp in grow area? What strain in this? Thanks for your answers, they will certainly help.

Looks like it’s over watered how much and how often do you water
Oh and can you seed pictures of the other plant beside it
@Reed is spot on. The clawing shows overwatering. That can lead to all kinds of issues, including affecting the nutrient absorption. It almost looks like a clone from the pic you posted. Is it a sativa / /sativa dominant genus?
