Hey guys, i think my plants are doing well and i am wondering when should i move them to bigger pots? They are LA Confidential seeds found in the flower bag from my last purchase.
They are now around 20 days old and i have them in 1 Liter pots, here is how they look:

No takers? I could really use some help 
I usually let them get well rooted before I transplant. I have had the soil fall out exposing the roots when I have done it too soon. If they are photos it won’t hurt them but, if they are autos it will stunt their growth. You can gently try to remove them by it putting your hand over the pot and turning it upside down, if the plant comes out with the soil and rootball in one you are good to go.
