Hey I got high with Bigfoot once on the roof of the white house with Willy Nelson & Bill Clinton oohh wait wrong story …never mind.
@Khatru @Rye @dmtscravey @Dabbindeebo i’ll hide in the deer stand this morning and get ya’ll some pics

That awesome. Absolutely love it.
@Rye rode the horse home fast to get the truck. Rye do you think i’ll lose any friends here posting the Big Foot i shot? @dmtscravey what do you think dm?
You Good People can Flag this should you find it offensive because i don’t have time to wait. i named him Bigfoot four years ago when i noticed him begin to limp and aging him at up to age 7, he likely was run off his own territory by another. 11 years is old for a trophy like this
I use it to scramble my eggs & toast
Also I Saute veggies & meat.
Great taste & good buzz later
Good looking mature buck. Looks 5 maybe 6yrs old. Great time of the year to hunt with the rut being in full swing. Here its gun season, being a bow/atlatl guy i stay out the woods for the next week. I mostly stalk/still hunt now. But I preferred hunting from a horse as a young man. Especially in the swamps of LA and lower AR. Now I wish I had a horse here in the ozark hills, but I cant ride any more due to a neck/spinal injury.
@Rye just call me Gimp today. i went way past my Olympian Status hahahahaha i don’t know what happened but it musta happened when i was bench pressing 175 pounds of deer. for backstrip and Deer Chili
i’m game. if i could give pain some money to come back later, i would. Wife says, “Honey i saved this for you” so i say
“Amen, love is a Splendid Thing!”
Nice one looks a little tough though. I usally try to catch them as the spots are fadeing.
Always wanted to try a Atlatl Rye. Whats a solid hunting range with it?
@Jared with practice (over 1 year of consistent practice) I am confident at 20yds, am reliable to 27yds, and probably better than 75% accuracy at 30yds. Which is the max I’d want to try. My 2 successful kills were at 12yds and 20yds. Got my first ever buck in velvet last year with it, a young 6 point, 12yds. He didnt run at all, after the dart bounced off him, the fore shaft penetrated all the way, he stepped to the side, looked at the shaft, turned slowly 180 and fell over. Just as quick and ethical as any other method I’ve used, maybe quicker. But it’s a hella lot harder to get that close. I use a ghillie suit, terrain, and wind, and still am unsuccessful 99% of the attempts.
Gillie suits are the bomb. Always hated that it was so hard to shoot my bow in one. Stalked within a few feet of several deer in one though.
@Jared @Rye i just ride our horse around them all year picking my rack. i was actually harvesting that buck so he couldn’t breed into the seed stock the three not shot, High Class and probably all half his genetics after this last four years anyway.
@Dabbindeebo @Khatru @CoolBubs @Mrb53004 @Rye @Adcrag
i just tore that sticky GG #4 Moon Rock in half
So frosty and sticky looking! Looks great man. I want some! Lol!
@Dabbindeebo Arizona to Florida is a long way swimming. i have no boat and i’m not traveling across Corona Land. a Rocket Ship might work, i’m full of fuel
