Tap root help plzzzzzzzz

I think they are too warm. I soak mine til they sink and then place them in paper towel and cover with papertowel. Sandwich in plates and leave them at room temp. Tap root should be 1/4 to 1/2 inch long. I plant them in solo cups bottom punctured so they drain. I transplant to their pots when they are about 20 days old.

I have 1/2" tap roots on all . Iā€™m going to plant tomorrow. thank you for your help. it was the heat for sure.
