How long can I do this? Is it bad that way I’m about 6 generations Inn? This last grow, it’s the first time I got three plants that didn’t grow .My other ones are thriving Was that one of the plants I took the clone from?It’s getting weak
Every clones genetics are as old as the original mother plants. The amount of time to clones are viable varies from strain to strain. I had a strain I cloned for 11 years, and genetic degradation was apparent at 10 years. I’ve had others that degraded in 4. Either way; potency didn’t suffer until the degradation was apparent.
