Hey @GOLLO, it should be a 50/50, but the leaf structure leaned towards the sativa side
Just can’t get over how vibrant and beautiful the colors are on this!
Hey @GOLLO, not quite my first grow - first grow using HGCC seeds. This last harvest was a set of clones from a white widow plant that came from the first HGCC run. I’ve actually been growing for about 3 years now. But thank you all the same! I was very happy with it too!
Just made an update regarding weights too…
Ok. It looks like the HGCC seeds have been great at producing great looking plants. I’m happy with my BLUZARS from them.
Peace
That center-right stem looks to be stacking up very nicely.
That is a very good pic. Is that a photo?
Yes they are. I was a little worried about some of the leaves on the plant on the right turning yellow on a few of the tips but I’ve started using molasses…hoping that helps
You are doing well, should be a good harvest.
Thank you :). Do you have any idea why some of the leaf tips on the plant on the right are turning light yellow?
Are u using fox farm nutes
@Kris I’m willing to bet the one on the right started flowering first. As the flower stage progresses it is normal for the leaves to start yellowing from the bottom up. It is a sign of nitrogen deficiency but does not necessarily mean you need to add any more. Plants spend their veg time to uptake nutrients and store them in the fan leaves. This way the plant has what it needs readily available in the form it needs for flower. If you are watering correctly with proper pH water and run off tests ok then all is good.
About 4 weeks into flower
About 7 weeks
About 10 weeks at harvest
HCC Pure Indica very potent
No a few weeks ago I used a very diluted solution of Miracle Grow Bloom food.
Wow…those look great! I am prepared for the leaves to turn yellow, but I thought it happened later, not just 3 weeks into flowering. This is my first grow of photos since the 1980’s. So I’m just not real sure what is ‘normal’.
I can relate, was there last year. That’s why I posted the progression of pictures, same plant. She was my runt caused by over watering (my mistake). She had 12 tops and all my others had 14. I only topped the main stem once. Started late in the season June 1 but still got 5 oz from her. This year I will be more prepared
Just continue feeding as normal for flower stage Low-N Med-High-P High-K the plant will do the rest
@Kris there are NOT many of us who like MIRACLE GROW…MG is usually heavy in N to get that lush green growth but as we move in to flower stage, the N is TOO MUCH and we start to see tips burn, yellow out…etc. When you use a HIGH N when you are in flowering stage, you cause a nutrient lock
Just use water for a few days / week and let that MG flush out. Do not OVERWATER!!!(water too often)
Back off the MG…you have anything else? Molasses, cal/mag?
Hi Mike! I used a very diluted solution (1/3 strength) about 10 days ago , but I won’t use it any more. I have read one of your other postings where you mentioned molasses, and I purchased the brand you recommended in that posting (Earth Juice Hi-Brix ) . I only received it a week ago and have used it twice in the last week. A diluted solution of about 1 tsp. For about 1 1/4 gallon. Thanks for your response
I really like to your cages and the plants look really nice also.
Those were last year. I started late and couldn’t find any cages locally, seems there was a shortage of gardening supplies. Due to Covid a lot of home gardening, lol. I ordered them online, all I could find but they fold down and store flat
I had to build netting for 3 plants I let get away from me. Those would have been perfect.
very welcome…have you tried to sprout any of the seeds I sent or are you waiting for a new cycle?
