It depends on hash or flower. For flower I usually stick around 175 or so and for hash I may go a bit lower like 165. I usually do about 220 seconds. The product always makes a difference also.
I like the blurples for the money you can’t beat them. Now they have white LEDs for about the same price and I think they make for a much denser flower. I used blurples for a couple years and they did me right. Right now I am running some MAC1

Purple Kush auto flower somewhere around 12 weeks. First 8 were outside under horrible growing conditions , to much rain and just bad weather . She suffered through 40 degree nights cold rainy 50 degree days and about 6 to 8 hrs of good sunlight when available. When I brought her inside you could count the pistils . From looking at other folks grow diaries , she’s about 5 weeks into flowering ?
