pH'd Water? Explain please

At the risk of sounding like a total noob , can somebody please explain ‘pH’d water’ to me? I understand pH just not the concept of pH (balanced?) Water.

TIA

The acidity/alkaline level of water influences how well the plant can take up nutrients. You want it to be neutral or slightly acidic, like pH 6 or so.

Cool. Thanks. The water that comes out of my tap is roughly 6.8 to 7.0. After I run it through my Zero Fliter it is solidly 6.5. So just a couple drops of lemon juice should do the trick. I will play with this…

Throughout their life they take more of different nutrients. Ideally you want to start them out with around 5.8-6.0. Week by Week you wanna rise it in small increments till you get to flower you should be around 6.5-.6.9
