New grower, Help me trouble shoot

Hello I’m new to growing and this website. I’m having some issues with my girls. The first time, I ended up tossing them and starting over because I couldn’t figure out what was going on with them and I worried it was a mold or fungus or bug issue because I used cheap Walmart dirt. smh I know I know lol.
So this round I’ve changed everything completely…New 4x4 tent, New 650Led, Grow Hub, inline fan and filter, and ocean forest dirt in 5 gallon grow bags. But I’m having the same issue as last time. So here is the symptoms

  • Turning white around the tip and some edges
  • maybe slightly yellowing
  • leaves feel tender or weak
  • kinda wrinkly around the white areas
  • the white does not rub off like powdery mildew
  • a few tips are bent to the side a bit
    Seeds were popped on 12-30. They are in Ocean Forest soil, the only nutrients I have added is some fish emulsion last week until my nutrients arrive from Amazon. Watering with dechlorinated tap water let set out overnight and then PH’d to 6.5 . Lights set to 50 percent of 650watts at 30 inches away from canopy. Temp 79 humidity 75. No fungus nats or bugs.

Here we go…

White tips are a good sign
The plants new growth is at the tips… Furthermore, the chlorophyll takes the plant longer to grow than the building of the cell in the first place. It makes sense if you think about it.

Leaves on your girls are disposable

Early on you are only growing stem structure for the lights best spread.

Everything at the bottom will be cut off with the "remove the bottom 1/3 rule.

Lower leaves are a store of mobile nutrients though, so cutting will require additional nitrogen for the new growth.

Feed absolutely nothing for a month.

pH the water.
Keep soil moist.
Take daily pics,

Oh… Bent tips look like genetic expression of this strain. Not too weird to worry.

Secondary look. Shes light green on lower “new growth”

I’m guessing she doesn’t like fish as much as you think
