I ask based on “transplanting into 1 gal pots”
Do you normally transplant at stages? Are you going to do a 1 gal grow? I just popped 10 GSC auto and will move them to 1 gal and scrog them all the way to harvest
Sometimes I transplant certain auto flower to extend their veg time. I go from 1 to 2 or 3 gal containers and usually get an extra 4/5 weeks of growth…I also sometimes get burned as they stress and STOP GROWING…I am average cropping 18-20 gr from a 2 gal GirlScoutCookie auto

Hey Mike. No sir, these are not Gelato. I’m testing these strains for a genetics company. I’m a new team member of said company. And yes, these grow is going to be done all the way in 1 gallon pots. The strains are black twizzlaz

Do you want to seed the ENTIRE PLANT or just PART OF IT
Concerns If you only treat a portion of the plant, pollen will / could go from any one to any one. You will have no way to know what strain becomes the genetic material for what strain. You could actually have 3 different phenos on one plant and it would be impossible to distinguish
If you want to make them TOTALLY MALE, you would follow @MDBuds recommendation and treat all of them simultaneously
Then all 3 plants would / could have Male sacs and you could collect the pollen for later use.
Personally, I do 1, yes only ONE, at a time to keep things organized. Nice so the right hands knows what the left is doing
Once I have Some seeds, then I am not behind the 8ball with only 1 or 2 seeds to work with
If I pollen collect, then I have to store it and decide what strain I will introduce it to so I can see what the outcome is

Well, I really dont have the space right now to actually let the male grow and collect the pollen. Dont think I’m ready for that anyways. If I have any male, I’ll just discard them and throw them out. I’m only focusing on females at the moment.

My first time growing Gelato was my first ever grow. I got 2 ounces off of it. But I do have 1 Gelato going now and she’s producing much more this time than the first. I expect a much bigger yield this time around.
