Lighting for Seedlings

Hey everyone, I am new to the chat, and new to growing in general(It’s been 15 years). Recently I bought a 2x4x7 grow tent which came with a KIND LED k3 xl600(series2) light, and was wondering if this was good for all stages of life, including the seedling stage? If so, at what height and for how long should it be on for(hours/ # of days). I have auto flower if that changes anything. Thanks in advance.

Hi @SkinnyJ & welcome to the fourm. I’m new at growing too, but your trichomes look clear to me. The pistils are amber, it’s my understanding that you want cloudy like mine.

I’m giving my Granddaddy Purple photo another week or so. Watching for amber trichomes not pistils so much.
