age is not the issue, how late into flower is
I cannot see the apical (top) bud but do not see early flower indicators at the nodes so YES

n i say 3rd week in flowering heres the top.
if it is a photo period, you can get away with it. If it is an auto, just lST and start bending tips over at about 3rd node down…little at a time

I would top especially if she is going to be a strain that really stretches you could just bend the top over, roll the stem between your fingers until you feel it soften up then pop over until you feel it snap

If your already in flower dont top it, bend and secure it, if u can!
