It will depend on the temperature of the tent. Mine is around 50% with a temperature 79 degrees.
You really want to stay around that range.

I keep mine @ 72° - 76° with between 40 - 50% humidity. I use the lower RH when it goes in to flower & try to keep temp at 74°.
Keep air moving consistently. I’m using LED lighting to.

Depends on what stage of growth. Clones root better in higher humidity 60-70 % Veg. 50-55 Flower 45-50 Look up VPD Charts
