How close should lights be for seeds

I just planted germinating seeds into soil. How close should led lights be and what percentage of light?

@Garden420 if you’re in a 2x2 30 inches at 40% power for germination and then lower to 25 inches for seedlings. Going into veg 18 inches at 60%. Flower 12 inches at 90%. Basics are on their website. Adjust as needed.
