Germinated in Hydrogen Peroxide in paper towels BUT now the tap root is poking out of the bottom whilst only 2 of 6 broken soil surface 
. Too early to transplant but had to put in 6 inch pots as not enough lights, have put a tray underneath with more paper towels all soaked in distilled water but I’m worried the roots will grow into and embed themselves in paper. Any ideas or will losing the bottom 2 inches of taproot not make much difference when I transplant in 10 days ? Or should I bite the bullet and go for it now ??? Stumped.Even the ones not showing cotyledons have tap root coming out of the base of the pot. 
i have no idea what you are talking about.
i soak my seeds in water for 24 hours and then ditch them in the soil.
so far so good!

H2O2 has a tap root in 18 hours is the longest I’ve waited, sometimes 6 hours after being just spraying the seeds n towels, no soaking…4 to 1 ratio.
Worked for Photo’s and Auto’s too it seems. 
oh i thought you were complaining about them seeds not popping…
so still no idea what is going on in this post
