I live in KY and I grow cannabis uder 4 plants is misdumeanor just slap on the wrist
Here in Tennessee it is a whole different set of rules. Don’t need jail time or the chance of losing our farm. Plus we would loose our Hemp license. So we just bide our time and wait on Tennessee government to wake up or the Federal government to wake up. Thanks for the info though.
