I loved to fish in the rain…especially gentle rain. I got caught out once in the Inlet to Atlantic ocean in a t storm…first time I ever saw and felt the charge…scarry

oh yeah, thanks…we stay indoors, air on, only go out when necessary. start the car, go back inside and wait 10 minutes. Our cars are 165+ after sitting in the sun. We burn our hands on the handles, doors, upholstery…etc. Window shades are a must. Sometimes gloves for the steering wheels are HOT…
I burnt my fingertips on my gate entry panel…just pressing my code to get in my complex

We finally broke the OVER 100 barrier, from the bottom
first day in over 2 months the temps did not break 100f…Nice cloudy day filled with rain
Surprised my plants survived the T-Storms and their voracious winds…but they did
Next week going back to 108/110 plus but a break is a break, I 'll take it

It’s August 3rd and HOT here in the Mighty Midwest St.Louis Region. We has a new puppy, who is in training as my service dog (seizure etc). Meet IMHOTEP!
His name is Egyptian for “He who comes in Peace” and in real life, the real Imhotep was a polymath in the 3rd Dynasty of Egypt who build King Djosers Step Pyramid in Saqqara. He was also a physician, architect, vizier and polymath.
My gut instinct is the real Imhotep probably used Cannabis in medicine or priestly duties as the high priest of Ra in Ineb-Hedj (Memphis). They have found cannabis resins (and in the DNA) of Egyptian mummies 4000 years old!
So on these BLAZING hot days, think of IMHOTEP who was a real life supporter of cannabis, built a few pyramids, was advisor to a King and now is being my best buddy and in training as a Seizure alert/Brace dog. Wheee! I will have to include photos of him in his Service Dog vest and such.
