Week 7 bugs are getting fat how do you know best time to harvest

Trichomes. Look at the trichs on the buds with a jeweler’s loupe or hand held microscope, needs to be 60×magnifying to see the heads of the trichomes. The color of the trichs (clear, cloudy, amber) tell you the effect (up lifting heady vs couchlock) and when to harvest accordingly. Theres several visual charts floating around that show the exact colors etc.
