@Shameless1963 Clay stones. Supposed to help with drainage and keeps top cool.
Thanks, I’ll have to try it. Happy holidays.
Happy holidays to you too.
Happy new years to you all. Just a little update on my girls. Day 35 and they are showing flower. Did a little defoliation and lst. I really put some stress on these girls but they are determined to finish their grow. Yesterday I gave them their first real feed and I must say they look different within the past few hours. I’m hoping to learn from this grow and make my 2nd one much better.
@Hippy1978 if i grew mine out to my ass again i’m purdy sure with the top of my head i’d have a Bozo the Clown effect. so i just shave it off and tell everybody My momma was kissed by a Space Alien
Looking good. Youll be enjoying in no time.
Man these girls went thru hell. I gained some knowledge along the way andade some adjustment and will also be upgrading my lights (found out they are on the lower end based on my set up) but I’m riding it out to see it thru.
@CurrDogg420 @Northcountryguy @Daddy1971 @DollarBill @Kojak Happy New Years to you all.
Hey just a little update on the ladies. They are striving, after all they been thru. Around 41 days from sprout, almost 2 weeks since flower. Did a little lst.
Hey guys just a little update in the girls. They are now 7 weeks old, 3 weeks into flower and coming along.
And this is cookie. She is 3 weeks old and coming along nicely. I used fox farm coco Loco for this girl.
What do you guys think. @Daddy1971 @DollarBill @CurrDogg420 @retiredoldguy @Kojak
Looks great nice job happy growing
Cookie is looking bushy. Lots of yellowing in them other shots. Looking good for what they went thru! Autos go so fast… Amazing.
Thanks man. I never expected them to reach this far.
@Mackerel I think you have worked out all the bugs and have your grow setup in control to give you lots of enjoyment maintaining it!
I have a question do you treat fox farm coco Loco the same as fox farm ocean forest. Is coco Loco a soil or soil less medium.
not sure , I don’t use that or have any knowledge of it
Coco loco is soil-less. The difference is the coco contains no compost ingredient. While coco is organic, it’s considered “inert”, like peat moss. It doesn’t provide much nutrition on its own.
Now, you could still use the same nutes, synthetic or organic, and it would work, but you have much less of a “buffer”. Soils, containing compost, provide this benefit and can help to “smooth out” when you have over or under fertilized.
Straight coco is considered more of a “hydro” style grow.
Good day growmies, just giving a little update on the girls. They are doing good so far. Around 9 weeks above ground and around 5 weeks into flower. There is not really any smell to the big one but the smaller one has a slight smell and a little sticky. Not alot of frost either. Based on all they went thru I’m happy they are where there are. Not expecting too much.
