Move them closer to the light. And bury them so the leaf sets are one inch above the soil again. But do it gently.

I only have the big 8 bulb t5 so an scorpion diablos so i used this set up in a quick fix so I could do other shit this morning, these Homegrown seeds are awsome popped easy fast an happy 100% return, thanks Homegrown Crew

Those T5s do not get very hot you could move those pretty close couldn’t you without burning the plant and give them some good light

I did when I woke up an I saw they stretched like crazy.
I used to run house full of 5 gallon pots.
