I’m able to get my high-dollar seeds to germinate but many of them fail to grow once I transfer them to growing environment. What am I doing wrong?

What do you use to germinate your seeds
what do you move them into (peat pods, coco, rockwool, final container)
what is the grow environment (tent, room, location (cement floor, blanketed, inside, outside)
what equipment are you using (light/s, fans, soil, nutrients…and when you use them, type of water, height of light/s, temps, humidity, domes)
