. I dried for 5 days and Jared them two days later it smells like musty chocolate. It blue dream. My others smell very citrus like. Any ideas of what might have happened is this batch ruined. No visual mold and but is dry, to dry for my liking. Any ideas. Thanks in advance dvance 20220905_200651|666x500

You need to burp your jars daily for about half an hour, for a week or so. They need to gas off the chlorophyll as it breaks down.
If it’s too dry, I’ve put a slice of apple in each jar for a day, then burp them. It may absorb a bit too much moisture, if it does seem damp after sealing it for a day, spread them out for a few hours until the moisture level is where you want it, then rejar and burp.
