I have the AC inline duct fan. I have tried some clip fans but there doesnt seem to be enough room to clip them on the polls and they fall off. I have a fan sitting on the floor blowing on the plants but it takes up space that I would like to use. Do I need that additional fan If I have the AC inline Duct fan going?

Yes, you want that BREEZE. Even if you use DUCT tape to secure them to the poles, that will work. I hang strings / wires from the top bars and hang my fans on wires and then run sideways strings / wires to position them. If you use the tape on the upright poles, that will / should hold.
