Dimming the lights

Have a Vivosun VS1000 in a 2x2x4 grow tent,how much should I dim the light during the seedling stage and proper distance.This is my first grow.

Hey @Bobshe!

Normally the manufacturer has a couple of recommendations in regards to light intensity and distance from top nodes. I have never worked with that specific light however I normally hand my lights 18-24’’ in veg and 14-20’’ in flower. Light intensity depends on what you’re trying to mimic in my opinion however hopefully someone with a little more knowledge on this light can chime in! :pray:t2:
