This is day 49 of blackjack autos should I still be Trimming leaves? It looks healthy and bushy but really short is that due to lack of training or just genetics at work?

If you transplanted it too late it could have been forced it into flower prematurely! Typically it’s best to direct sow auto flowers, they don’t do well with stress! Overall it looks healthy but it should be bushier…

I would say first thats genetics, the leaf-flower ratio looks good, I wouldn’t defoliate no more. Maybe strip a leaf here or there but thats it in my opinion.
What seed breeder is that?
