From what I see, if you’ve left it in that cup since germination…. It has to be root bound. Basically choking itself to death.
Autos grow so fast, it should have a mature root ball capable of supporting the full grown plant.
Unfortunately you probably don’t have enough time to save her. If she does live, it will never get results you are looking for.
Next time if you put your seedlings in a cup like the one in your picture….as soon as you see the bright white root tips starting to touch the cup, it’s time to transplant her into the final container.
Mine went from cup to 3 gallon fabric containers in 8 days.
If we restrict root development, we can expect restricted plant size.
