What might be causing my DWC seedling to grow leaves like this? Or is something eating it? Like it appears to be growing this way😑.

Years ago I had seeds pop up looking all twisted and deformed , I had over planted so I pulled most of the odd looking plants. I decided to keep 4 just to see what they would grow into . All of them grew 4 natural tops and got really bushy and ended up about 5’ tall. You never really know what a plant will end up like.
It had started out normal, just fine seedling… then transplanted to DWC and boom stupid leaves and grinding halt in growth😞
Transplant shock might be my best guess
