Beginner Grower

I just cut down my plant and I set it to dry at first it smelled wonderful but now I am getting a hay smell is this something that will go away or is there something I can do to help with that smell?

Not to worry my friend totally normal process, I’ll let the further knowledgeable growers to chime, but yes that’s it will usually smell when your drying make sure an keep Temps idk anywhere from. 60 to 65 me personally like around 65 an Rh around 55 60 when you can bend the stem an it snaps your ready for the jars

Welcome. This is normal. At the temps and humidity Mike said you should get a ten day dry. Then the cure. Grow well

I dry in my closet as I have nowhere else in my house since it is only 900 sq. feet…my temp stays at 70 and 50 rh…it does the job and takes about 5-7 days to dry.

Ha, Just say you got the hemp scented dryer sheets. I wonder if hemp could be used to make dryer sheets?
