Adjust soil pH with white vinegar

Can I use white vinegar to lower the pH of my soil. It’s showing 7.5 on my soil pH meter. I want to give my plants the best chance of growing strong and healthy.

Welcome to the forum. Yes you can use vinegar to lower ph but you need to dilute it down greatly in water. You can also add sulphur to the soil, there are several very good organic products out there.

I prefer using water that is ph balanced and let it slowly bring the soil ph down. My soil was around 6.9 when I made it, and 6.8 by the time I germinated. I use RO/DI water PHed to 6.2 for all my water and feedings. Now my soil test at 6.5.
