Hey from this pic looks like you need to lower the light and pull tall plant to one side.
So in indoor growing you either train your plants by pulling them over or away from the light
Let them grow on their own with very little trimming.
Using the Sea of green where you trim everything to the same height.
Happy growing times…
Thanks for the input first time and I don’t know anyone who’s grown any at all but definitely appreciate you responding. I’m using the fox farms soil and water from the refrigerator is that a good source of water as far as one resource due to my funds at the moment also am using the grow kit fertilizer from ilgm.com which is where my seeds came from as well
Lower light is good advice…
He is trying to achieve the desired effect of higher PPFD
On the leaves…
Get a good PPFD meter/ light meter.
It should read out in PPFD, but a lux meter is kinda close enough if you bought the wrong one.
Once you can measure your lights, you can look up your desired lighting…
The quick and dirty version…
18 hours is a long time. I stay below 463 PPFD in vegg.
And you should be running a target 1100-1500 PPFD in flower.
I run a sweet 5 gallons sugar-eating-yeast-monster.
On a fishtank heater (5w) and a fishtank air pump.
I feed high Co2 the whole way.
Still…vegg463 or less
But in flower, when they get close to the light, they are soaking in 2200+ PPFD
Hope this helps
